1. Acceptance of terms
By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to any specific conditions shown for the selected boat or activity.
2. Booking and payment
A booking is confirmed when the required payment, deposit or confirmation process is completed. Prices may vary by activity, duration, season or offer.
3. Damage deposit
A refundable deposit may be required at check-in. As a general rule, licensed boats may require a €200 deposit and no-license boats may require a €100 deposit. The deposit may be retained fully or partially for damage, loss, late return, fuel differences where applicable, or breach of rules.
4. Documents
A valid ID or passport is required for all bookings. For licensed boats, a valid boating license may be required. We may refuse the rental if the required documents are not provided.
5. Customer responsibility
Customers must follow safety instructions, navigation limits, crew instructions and local regulations. Customers are responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, negligence, unsafe behaviour or breach of instructions.
6. Age and capacity rules
Minimum age and capacity rules depend on the selected boat or activity. No-license boat drivers must meet the minimum age requirement shown during booking. Jet ski, parasailing and other activities may have specific age, weight or health requirements.
7. Safety and weather
We may cancel, reschedule or modify an activity if conditions are unsafe or operationally unsuitable. Safety decisions are made by the company or crew.
8. Fuel and extras
Fuel may be included or excluded depending on the boat or activity. Optional extras, skipper services, photos or additional equipment may have separate prices.
9. Alcohol and unsafe behaviour
We may refuse service or stop an activity if customers are intoxicated, aggressive, unsafe or fail to follow instructions.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited. The customer is responsible for complying with instructions and for personal items brought on board.
11. Changes to services
Images, routes and durations are indicative. Routes may vary due to weather, sea conditions, safety or operational needs.
12. Governing law
These terms are intended for services operated in Tenerife, Spain. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
