1. Free cancellation
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time are eligible for a full refund.
2. Late cancellation
Cancellations made within 48 hours before departure may be eligible for a 70% refund, unless stricter conditions were clearly shown during booking or required by a third-party booking platform.
3. No-show
If the customer does not arrive at the agreed meeting point and time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
4. Rescheduling
You may request a change of date or time up to 24 hours before departure, subject to availability and sea/weather conditions.
5. Weather and safety
Activities depend on safe sea and weather conditions. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you may choose a new date or receive a refund.
6. Late arrival
Please arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the activity time or be treated as a no-show if the schedule cannot be delayed.
7. Documents and requirements
If a required document, license, ID, deposit or safety requirement is missing at check-in, the activity may be refused and refund eligibility may be affected.
8. Third-party platforms
If you booked through an external platform, the platform’s refund and cancellation process may apply.
